If you are signing up on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you accept these terms on their behalf.

For subscription or membership payments, you will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account or by emailing sam@thesanctuaryofwonder.com.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Programmes and memberships: If you wish to cancel, please contact us. We will always try to be fair and reasonable. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these terms.
If something goes wrong: If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us first at sam@thesanctuaryofwonder.com — we would always rather sort it out directly.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from our platforms or programmes if their behaviour is harmful, disrespectful, or inappropriate — without refund where this is due to a breach of these terms.

Where our services involve children, a parent or guardian must register and manage all participation on the child's behalf. By doing so, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for the child.
9. What We Are Not Responsible For
Our content and programmes are for general wellbeing, play, and community purposes. They are not a substitute for medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our content.
We are also not responsible for third-party platforms, websites, or services we may link to or use to deliver our services.
